I used Opera's integrated feed reader until a few weeks ago and then switched - mainly because I wanted to access my feeds from anywhere and liked the nice extra features (such as sharing). I can access my feeds from anywhere (including my iPhone with a nice interface). And I like the new Sharing feature where you can share and see shared items from folks in your address book. I use the Camino browser instead of Safari because of the way Google Reader functions in Camino (faster, can zoom in on pages, and always opens in new tabs, and some others).
