Control + F2

How many times have you keyboard nerds been stymied by the need to access a menu? On Mac OS X, click Control + F2 and your in. If you are on a laptop, don’t forget the “fn” key.

    hmm. have you somehow set that up by creating a custom keyboard shortcut? it's not default on any of my systems. not even sure how one would set it up. you are talking about activating / putting the focus on application menu items?

    Also cmd+shift+/ (I think its actually cmd+?) brings up the help menu.
