First came the Big Swing, where I would never open email again and the robot read everything and handed me a table, which burned tokens and did not survive two weeks. What actually works is a lot less glamorous, where I do the triage myself in Superhuman and the robot sweeps up behind me, moving newsletters into Readwise Reader and logging purchases and sponsor deals into Obsidian.

I also walk through my customer support robot. Chris shares his own experiment of an hour of meditation a day before his first baby arrives, and we close with the Gemini Notebook rebrand, Claude Opus 5, and Siri AI finding Chris an airport lounge at O’Hare.
